Learn the basics of Ayurveda and 'dosha' balancing cooking!

Class taught by Ayurvedic doctor Naina Marballi (B.S.A.M. D.A.C), Ayurvedic teacher and counselor with over 4 decades of experience in the heart of New York City.

Dr. Naina will guide you through:

  • Basic Ayurvedic theory(lecture)

  • 'Tridoshic' (dosha-balancing) cooking  

  • Meal tasting at the end of class

Tuition:$100 USD (in person)
