How- to Shitali Breathing


  1. Slightly part your lips and point them into an"ooh" shape

  2. Curl your tongue lengthwise, like a straw

  3. Inhale slowly through your tongue and fill your lungs

  4. Exhale through your nose. *If you can't curl your tongue, open your lips a little and put your teeth together to take in the cold air that comes in through the gaps (this is Shikali breathing).

Whether it's in the morning or evening, at home, in the office,

or even at the yoga studio you attend,
