Have a Cool Summer With Your "Internal AC"😎

This summer has been particularly hot.

How are you doing?

It's been a year since we moved to our Midtown location, and WL is doing well 🎵

As for me, though, I've been having trouble controlling my pitta, and it's putting a lot of pressure on my liver. As a result, my Prakruti 'Vata' is getting damaged and I'm also developing arthritis. Menopause complicates things too.

So now I am undergoing Ayurvedic herbal treatment under the consultation of Dr. Naina. Here's something I noticed while I was on a walk the other day:

When the brain tells the body to move at the pace only the heart wants, it hurts the body. .....Confusing, right? There was no harmony between my mind, my body, and my heart, and that's not good😅

So what can you do get that balance back? Learn to get your brain, heart, and actions under control with the help of Ayurveda!

According to Professor Hokuto of the Body Discovery College of neurology,

You can change the state of your body as fast as a nerve reaction.

Shirodhara can help you scrape away unnecessary thoughts that cloud your judgment!

What's "Internal AC" ? SHITALI breathing

How- to Shitali Breathing

  1. Slightly part your lips and point them into an"ooh" shape

  2. Curl your tongue lengthwise, like a straw

  3. Inhale slowly through your tongue and fill your lungs

  4. Exhale through your nose. *If you can't curl your tongue, open your lips a little and put your teeth together to take in the cold air that comes in through the gaps (this is Shikali breathing).

Whether it's in the morning or evening, at home, in the office,

or even at the yoga studio you attend,

focus on your breathing. Who is controlling your breath, the essence of life? Those who control your life, control the universe♡

Thank you 🙏
