Detox, Rebuild,Rejuvenation
Five-week intensive detox treatment
You will undergo a series of weekly sessions over five weeks.
Please plan for a duration of approximately 3hours for the first session, (2.5hr for subsequent sessions) Each session begins with a dosha assessment and consultation, during which we will discuss and plan your lifestyle for the coming week.
Dinner on the day of each session will be kitchari—a traditional detox meal that provides nutrition without straining the digestive system. We will provide a basic kitchari kit for you to prepare and enjoy.
