About Yuko, W.L. Full Moon Week therapist:

After moving to New York, she began teaching Japanese preschool classes with the motto of "enjoying the moment." While launching an “outdoor play” class that cultivates the spirit surrendering oneself completely to nature, Yuko found the joy of Ayurveda. In 2020, she completed the W.L.certified "Ayurveda Therapist Training Course." In 2021, after completing the Savitri Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training, she deepened her learning with Dr. Naina Marballi's Holistic Ayurveda Nutrition Program Course. While continuing to learn about the loving world of Ayurveda, she conducts sessions in harmony with nature.

Reminder to check your back!

We are very sensitive to the front of our bodies. We notice if even a single hair is sticking to our face, and we can easily tell if our belly fat is increasing or decreasing.

We also quickly notice when our posture is poor and when our head is dropping forward.

How about the backs of our bodies?

It's quite difficult to really focus and keep our attention on our backs. Even when we try to correct our posture, we just pull up our chest and lift our face and say ‘Now it’s OK!’.

When you're working and glued to a computer screen, your eyes and brain are working at full speed. When you're concentrating on the conversation, and your ears, eyes, mind, and other "front" parts of your body are working at full power.

This is the state in which "Yang/HA" is working in terms of "Yin Yang and/or HATA." Thyroid hormones are active.

In this state, we lean forward to gather information from the outside world. We focus on the opinions of others and try to act logically. We push ourselves harder and harder, and may even become hyperactive. As a result, we become plagued by stress. Our inner voice becomes harder to hear, and our intuition weakens.

To bring this state back to neutral,

It's the back!

The  TA,

The Yin.

This is the time to back care!

⭐️Recommended back care⭐️

Imagine what your back looks like right now.

Or, take a photo of your back and look at it. Can you fix your posture now that you know what it looks like?

Breathe with mindful, deep breaths.

Try some yoga, or meditation.

Receive bodywork such as Abhyanga. Pay attention to what kind of stimuli your back is receiving and how.

By paying attention to your back,

Your posture will allow you to breathe better and your nerves will be in order.

When you relaxed, your brain will calm down and your introspection will be stronger.

You will be able to catch your intuition more easily.

You will be able to trust your inner voice and

it will be easier to secrete various hormones known as happiness hormones.

Yin and Yang

HA and TA

You and yourself

Let's stop the division within ourselves, but unite.

Your posture will naturally improve, your breathing will improve, and your diet and emotions will also improve.

That is our natural state.
