The treatment is customized to balance your specific dosha (constitution) by oils, temperatures, stroke speeds, and pressure levels. We also explore ways to maintain your natural, healthy state by addressing dietary habits and timing, essential morning detoxification routines, exercises suited to your body type, evening rituals, and even the colors that best complement you.
Let’s commit to this five-week journey and into a major turning point in your life.
